Privacy
BlueCow collects only the information needed to connect customers with ranchers, review sellers, operate the site, and protect the marketplace.
Information you give us
Customer first-access forms collect an email address, ZIP code, optional first name, beef interests, consent, and submission time. Orders collect contact, delivery, product, support, refund, and fulfillment information. Ranch applications collect business, contact, ranch, processor, fulfillment, and pledge information. Account holders also provide sign-in details and catalog information.
Information collected during use
We may record basic device and request information, security-limited network identifiers, page or funnel events, and timestamps. We use first-party analytics and may use Google Analytics to understand visits and actions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser storage when enabled. We use this information to prevent abuse, understand demand, troubleshoot, and keep an audit trail of important marketplace decisions.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to requests, review ranches, operate accounts, improve BlueCow, and meet legal or safety obligations. Aggregated demand may guide ranch recruitment, but individual customer details are not shown to prospects. We do not sell personal information or build political profiles.
Service providers and retention
Hosting, database, security, email, analytics, storage, and payment providers may process information only to provide their services to BlueCow. Stripe processes payment, identity-verification, bank-payout, refund, fraud, and dispute information under its own privacy terms; BlueCow does not store full card or rancher bank account numbers. We retain records for as long as needed for operations, safety, disputes, legal obligations, and legitimate business records.
Your choices
You may decline optional marketing consent, use browser controls to limit analytics storage, or block analytics scripts. You can ask to access, correct, or delete eligible information, or stop marketing messages, by contacting privacy@bluecowbeef.com. Some transaction, security, and legal records may need to be retained.
Security and updates
BlueCow uses access controls, private credentials, request protections, and audit records, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this notice when our practices materially change.
