These terms apply when you browse BlueCow, join the customer list, apply as a rancher, or use a BlueCow account.
Use BlueCow honestly
Provide accurate information, protect your account, and do not interfere with the site, misuse another person’s information, attempt unauthorized access, or use BlueCow for unlawful or abusive activity.
Ranch applications and verification
An application does not guarantee approval. BlueCow may request additional information, verify business and processing claims, approve or reject an application, require corrections, or suspend participation. BlueCow review is not legal advice or a substitute for a seller’s own compliance duties.
Pledge and public participation
Ranchers participate voluntarily and accept the specific pledge version shown during application. BlueCow does not use voting records or political profiling. Participation shows acceptance of BlueCow requirements; it does not prove political affiliation.
Orders and availability
Your order is placed only after payment is confirmed. Prices, inventory, and delivery eligibility are checked again at checkout. BlueCow is the customer-facing seller for checkout, payment receipts, refunds, and payment disputes; participating ranchers supply and fulfill the beef shown on their storefronts.
Shipping, pickup, and food safety
Delivery areas, charges, timing, and pickup instructions vary by ranch and product. Keep frozen or refrigerated products at a safe temperature, inspect packages promptly, and contact BlueCow through your order page if a shipment is delayed, damaged, warm, incorrect, or unsafe.
Refunds, replacements, and disputes
Request help through the secure link in your BlueCow receipt. BlueCow reviews refund and replacement requests based on the order, fulfillment status, product condition, and applicable law. If we approve a refund, posting time depends on your bank. Contact BlueCow before filing a payment dispute so we can try to resolve the problem directly.
Content and intellectual property
BlueCow’s site design, brand, and original content are protected by applicable law. Ranchers retain ownership of materials they provide and grant BlueCow permission to display and use those materials to review, operate, and promote their storefronts.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The site is provided on an available basis. BlueCow does not provide medical advice. To the extent permitted by law, BlueCow is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Nothing here limits consumer or other rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes and contact
